We have an exciting Marketing Executive opportunity for one of the world’s largest global independent bookmakers which provides a full portfolio of online, mobile betting and gaming.

We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to maintain existing, and develop new multi-channel content strategy throughout the group including but not limited to brand, advertising, marketing, retentions, internal, digital and affiliates to generate interest and demand for our product offerings and company.

Our ideal candidate will be accustomed to taking ownership of the marketing department and have experience in the online gaming and sports betting industry.

 Responsibilities:

  • Managing all marketing functions to achieve the company objectives of increased sales; growth; profitability; market share and awareness, whilst ensuring a consistent marketing message and positioning globally consistent with company direction
  • Develop multi-channel content strategy and budgets for content throughout the group including but not limited to brand, advertising, marketing, retentions, internal, digital and affiliates to generate interest and demand for our product offerings and company
  • Manage Channel Marketing initiatives and ensure that campaigns are implemented
  • Lead the origination, craft & production of relevant and original concepts in response to marketing & communication needs across the group
  • Deliver new content ideas, formats and campaigns through media, store and digital channels
  • Maintain and optimise existing content and marketing initiatives with the marketing team
  • Review and iterate the Marketing Technology Stack regularly to achieve standardized and best in class tools globally
  • Measure the effectiveness of the marketing department and implement improvements
  • Focus on building communities with our customers, partners, analysts, media and industry influencers and consultants
  • Focus on creating joint marketing activities and initiatives with global business
  • Prepare and manage the annual Marketing budget for the Corporate Marketing department and provide strategic direction to the Regional Marketing teams
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, internal communications and promotional material)
  • Participate in planning of company objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with paid media providers
  • Use data-driven strategies to optimise content and marketing initiatives
  • Develop and improve brand strategy
  • Identify content trends, feature generation, brainstorming of ideas
  • Build, inspire and manage culture of creativity and growth within the content team
  • Data-based decision making, to execute project‑based initiatives to attain long‑term company targets
  • Management of the inhouse radio studio
  • Report on all marketing activities to the Operations Director
  • Plan and execute company events
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 8-10 years’ experience in Marketing Management role, preferably within the Gaming or Betting industry
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets
  • Extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising, brand and reputational management
  • Digital experience is key
  • Experience in sales lead generation is essential
  • Strong brand experience
  • Influencer and analyst relationship experience
  • Channel Marketing
  • Experience in managing a regional team
