Vacancy Details

Managing a large and diverse geographical region, the Customer Engagement, Strategy & Omnichannel Manager will have overarching responsibility for delivering optimal customer engagement & experience across the country ensuring the optimal positioning of Mundi pharma’s product portfolios.

You will lead, plan and develop the go to and digital market strategy for current and future product in Mundi phama’s product portfolio. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for leading local market commercial teams’ digital transformations to provide omnichannel capabilities and operational expertise that delivers seamless customer engagements and exceptional experience.

Embedding capabilities within markets such as channel goal definition, content creation, mix selection and roll out strategy, that can be leveraged by in market teams.

Responsible for driving brand performance withing cluster in partnership with commercial teams to achieve commercial and marketing objectives.

Work closely with commercial and functional teams to set launching strategies encompassing digital product planning and providing overall digital product subject expertise.

Design and lead local/regional market access strategies and initiatives, ensuring optimal resource allocation and alignment with overarching marketing strategies.

Take a leading role the planning and success of key local and regional company/product events.

Devise a long-term marketing strategy for the portfolio in line with market/customer requirements. Ensure short-term plans/strategies accommodate the long-term thinking as well as changes taking place in the market and respond to customer needs.

Ensure regional alignment and the implementation of best practice as well as identifying opportunities for cross market learning through local successes.

Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and policies and guidelines, briefing partners in line with Omnichannel strategy.

Work closely with global marketing team to create and adapt digital campaigns for use by local brand teams.

Maintain close links and strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders in a matrix structure.

Key Performnce Areas

Ensure compliance with appropriate policies and guidelines both internally and externally impacting Omnichannel activities.

Omnichannel operations KPI’s. Continuous evaluation of campaign performance to optimise current and future content. Reporting on performance within global guidelines.

Marketing expenditure and ROI’s. Develop, maintain and ensure compliance with robust measurement tools in line with global guidelines, minimising risks and maximising opportunities.

Regional & local market share & growth data. Linking omnichannel activities to growth and market share targets, ensuring alignment to overall commercial objectives and maximising impact.

Launch excellence. Accountability for the associated costs, timings and performance of launch activities. Maintain compliance and consistency across the cluster.
