Vacancy Details

A dynamic company based in Bryanston is looking for a Service Delivery Manager

Duties:

  • Client visits are required
  • Reporting to the Manager – Service Delivery
  • Please note that the Service Delivery Manager role is not a management position, this role is responsible for the management of the client’s service delivery. There is no people management involved in this role
  • Focus on keeping external stakeholders satisfied with our services, through managing workflow and projects SLA adherence, attending to process inadequacy and non-compliance, tracking service-related metrics through the use of business intelligence reporting and ongoing assessment of engagement channels, language and levels of professionalism
  • Overseeing all interaction between allocated clients and the company, to ensure all service requirements are met and no issues arise
  • Effective and sustained management of all complaints to resolution with a view of retaining and the client relationship
  • Ensuring that escalations are communicated to the correct manager
  • Reporting problems and unresolved issues to the Manager of Service Delivery
  • Understanding all products and services currently offered by the company to allocated clients
  • Ongoing feedback to company management regarding any issues experienced
  • Performing regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Using ConnectWise to help manage the client relationship
  • Daily monitoring in Zabbix for client link outages
  • Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1 – 3 years of industry experience or related client service experience required
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Own vehicle and valid drivers license (essential)
  • English speaking (strong written and verbal)
  • (M – F) 08:00 – 17:00 / The employee may be required to work overtime and additional hours if required and at the discretion of the company
