Vacancy Details

A dynamic company based in Irene is looking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator

Duties:

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct department
  • Take and pass detailed messages to all parties
  • Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing for the company
  • Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
  • Keep stock of and order stationery and general office stock
  • Assisting all the teams with ad hoc administration task
  • Assisting the Managing Director with ad hoc tasks
  • Organize the company’s day-to-day standard procedures
  • Report to HR Manager

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

  • Matric / admin qualification
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Technical industry experience (Advantageous)
  • Experience in a fast paced environment
  • Bubbly personality
  • School leaver
  • Afrikaans speaking (Essential)
  • (M – F) 08:00 – 17:00
