Duties & Responsibilities

  • Excellent stock management skills – Demand Planning
  • Maximise sales revenue through correct stock holding and stock replenishment systems
  • Excellent time management skills

  • Able to multitask the activities by shifting priorities
  • Decision-making, problem-solving mentality

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Manage the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) agreement on site
  • Ensure correct stock holding quantities in line with the VMI agreement
  • Respond timeously to RFQ’s, warranties or enquiries from the company site
  • Prepare professional responses and quotations for the site and conducting
  • Follow up on customer quotations and back orders
  • Receive customer orders, dispatch, and invoice stock, arrange timeous delivery to and from our store
  • Maintain a POD register for all invoices generated and ensure all invoices are signed and loaded for payment by the mine
  • Invoice/Quote service call outs accordingly, cross check invoices with job cards
  • Assist Field Service Technicians with the professional lay out and presentation format of all audits conducted
  • Ensure all quarterly audits are completed thus maximizing service revenues and potential parts sales to customers

  • Proficient in both English & Afrikaans
  • 5 years related work experience
  • Experience in a demanding customer service environment
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook 365 & Word (Intermediate – Advanced)
  • Syspro experience advantageous
